I learned about Chad through his website. When I texted him to set up appointment for Wind Mitigation Inspection, he was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about this inspection.  I have an 11 year old home that we bought new but still wasn't sure what he would find.  Inspection day was perfect.  He arrived on time, performed his tasks, and assured me that my roof was in decent shape for 11 years old and that everything from my builder matched the building codes.  In person, Chad is really easy to talk with and he makes sure that you understand what he is explaining.  I received the report that evening and it was very professional and makes a great presentation.  Chad's website presents the man you will work with perfectly! Chad did a great job on our inspection! The 4 Point Inspection really focuses on the 4 major systems of your home and points out any issues. That and the Wind Mitigation report gave us peace of mind about our home purchase.
